First Cuboree!

Clayton attended his first Cuboree today.  It was Lego themed (meaning they got their great big Lego badge to sew on their campfire blanket) and they had actual Lego company employees that ran the Lego station.  Along with that, they made fires, had tug-of-wars, made cork flyers and just ran all their energy out.  Clay was in seventh heaven!  He loves Cubs.  It has really given him a new-found drive.  He has earned three badges already and is on his way to many more.  We are so excited for him!

    That looks like a lot of fun Clayton. The lego blocks look huge too, were they brought by the Lego people? Hope you had a ton of fun, I'm sure you did!!!

    Jen, I talked to Melanie Williams who is the cub leader here. She said they shut down for the summer, so Fall will be fine for a shirt. Alison Bohne is her assistant. That should be fun for Clay in the fall. Mom

    I think this day WORE THEM OUT. I've never seen such tired boys. Can't beat that! Clayton sure is a fun addition to our pack even if only for a short while.

    Scouts has the Cooper family written all over it! I'm sure all your boys will have many, many years of fun ahead of them.
