I love these videos that emphasize the need to fail before you can succeed. As the quote goes, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." (Thomas Edison, when asked how it felt to have 'failed' numerous times in his inventions). So go out there, grab the bull by the horns, and if you don't make it the first time? So what? Try again. That is my challenge to myself, and you.
