Make-It Monday, on Tuesday

I was at work yesterday and did not get a chance to post anything.  But I haven't done this topic for a long time.  Today I am just going to post my favorite super easy drink.  Excellent in the morning or maybe after you work out, or just because it tastes good:

Apple Banana Drink:

Preparation: Freeze a banana, without skin on.

To make: Pour your favorite apple juice into a blender.  Add the banana.  Blend.

The frozen banana makes it a smoothie consistency and the taste is au naturel goodness.  Yum!

  2. Oh, about 8-12oz., just a large cup size. I can't remember. I think I probably do different amounts all the time. Try a few and see how you like it. I've been thinking about all those registrations, but I need to have a solid confirmation on the Calgary internship first. Then I will definitely need to get the info for kindergarten and preschool, switch records for schools, and I would like to check out piano teachers for Madi. Anyhow, I'll have to be patient about all that. Thanks!
